【仕事内容】
【業務内容】
- 空調・衛生・電気設備工事における品質・安全・原価・工程の管理および施工計画の立案と実行
- 協力会社との調整や指示出し、発注者や設計者との打ち合わせ
- 設備施工図・施工要領書の作成、工事写真の撮影、各種書類作成などの工事記録管理 など、建設工事に関わる設備施工管理業務全般を担当いただきます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須】
- 施工管理経験を3年以上
- 次のいずれかの資格を保有している方
1級電気工事施工管理技士、1級管工事施工管理技士、建築設備士、電気主任技術者(1種~3種)、消防設備士(甲種)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
