■業務内容
当社SCM部は、製品を中心にディマンド・サプライプランニング(需給計画)、輸出入貿易、ロジスティクス等、サプライチェーン全体の管理をしています。
今回はSCMサプライチェーン最適化をリードし、経営視点でのSCM戦略企画から実行までを推進するマネージャーポジションです。
【主な業務】
- 全社SCMに関する中長期戦略の企画立案、年度計画策定
- 海外現地法人および工場とのSCM企画・改善プロジェクト連携
- グループ横断会議の企画、プロジェクト推進のファシリテーション、KPI設計・管理
- 需要予測、生産計画、在庫管理、物流最適化に向けたデータ分析・市場調査・業界ベンチマーク
- 各SCM機能の課題抽出と、業務プロセス(AS IS)の整理・可視化、TO BEプロセス設計、IT含む改善施策・企画立案
- メンバー指導・育成、チームマネジメントサポート
【応募資格】
- SCM領域に関連する実務経験 5年以上(需要予測、生産計画、在庫管理、物流、SCM企画などいずれか)
- 情報を整理・分析し、課題を構造的に把握できる高い論理的思考力・分析力
- 自ら課題設定し、部門横断で改善を推進できる実行力・自律性
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(複数部門の利害調整を含む)
- 業務プロセス整理(AS IS分析)、改善検討(TO BE設計)の経験
- ビジネス英語レベル / ネイティブ日本語レベル
■歓迎要件
- SCM領域の実務経験やコンサルティング経験(戦略・業務改革・IT導入)
- 消費財(化粧品、日用品、パーソナルケア等)のSCM・ロジスティックス企画経験
- 経営管理、原価管理、SCMコスト構造への理解
- 海外とのプロジェクト連携経験
- 業務システムの要件定義、ITツール導入企画経験
- データ分析スキル
【給与】 900 ~ 1050万円 (ご経験、スキル、現年収を考慮の上、決定)
