Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our communication systems and ensure optimal performance. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) -Network Design and Implementation: oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions based on organizational requirements. oConfigure and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. oMonitor network performance, availability, and reliability. -Technical Support and Troubleshooting: oProvide end-to-end technical support for network-related issues. oRespond to inquiries promptly and efficiently. oTroubleshoot and resolve network incidents. -Collaboration and Communication: oWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth network operations. oCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors. oParticipate in meetings and discussions related to network planning and improvements. oWork with network equipment and service vendors to ensure quality service -Security and Compliance: oImplement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. oStay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure and security. Reporting Line:

Reports to Lead, Security and Network Solutions Collaborate closely with IT teams, application owners, and other stakeholders to lay the groundwork for secure and efficient identity management systems.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently, using various troubleshooting techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of networking solutions, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure.
• Understanding of network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs).
• Proficiency in networking strategy development and integration planning.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or other networking-specific certifications.
• Previous experience as an IT Network Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
