- Ensures payroll and company benefit execution on time in full together with HUB (offshore) in Malaysia and our outsourcing companies
- Collaborate with HUB, Finance, and outsourcing companies for smooth execution and daily problem solving in operation related activities
- Acts a window person between our group company inside/outside of Japan
- Corresponds with regional Internal mobility team on employees' transfer activities across countries
- Being accountable for payroll and invoicing its cost through closely working with finance team
- Advises C&B Senior Manager on opportunity for improvement as a subject matter expert
- Lead initiatives to optimize current HR processes in line with legal requirements, internal company rules and projects.
- Participates C&B related survey and its analysis and acts as window person for audit activitie
- Controls HR reporting requested by Global and Region e.g. audit, employee demography.
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years solid experience at payroll field.
- Expat payroll experience and SAP payroll experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of labor law, tax and payroll related accounting.
- Language: Japanese ―Fluent, English―Intermediate
