【仕事内容】【業務内容】
業務ごとに複数のプロジェクトが立ち上がっており、PM・部署メンバー・現場社員・外部コンサルタント・ベンダー等と連携しながら、プロジェクト間の整合管理や、更にプロジェクトをより大きな成果に繋げるべく、プログラムとしてのガバナンスやルールの策定~整備と運用やそれに類する事務業務を担当いただきます。プロジェクト毎に納期は異なりますが29年度までに全てのリリースを想定しており、整合のためのタッチポイントを複数設けながら運用していきます。

事業成長に伴う業務構造改革のためのデジタル基盤の構築や基幹システム導入など、大規模な変革プロジェクトのマネジメントに携わることができます。航空事業はまだまだ成長段階にあり、現場改善からIT・システムの導入によるDXを進めている最中です。当プロジェクトのゴールによって様々なデータが蓄積されていくことが想定され、将来的にデータを用いた様々な企画に関わる機会があります。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■事業会社あるいはSierにおける、ITプロジェクトでのプロジェクトリーダーやPMOの業務経験(規模不問)
■出社・対面をベースとした業務に抵抗が無い方
【歓迎要件】
◆PMOアドミニストレーターの業務経験
◆PLM/ERP/EPM/データマネジメント基盤いずれかの知識・経験
◆業務フローの作成経験があり、ビジネスおよび業務プロセスの理解をお持ちの方
◆航空機業界・製品(航空機エンジン)・ものづくりに対する興味・関心(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
