    POSITION SUMMARY
    ・Verify that preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting by vendors or maintenance contractors are appropriate. Regarding facility renovation work, we will hold meetings with related departments and vendors, create specifications, conduct internal reviews, place orders, and witness construction work. ・In response to the requests of guests and employees, carry out manual work such as minor electrical/plumbing work, minor wood/fabric/marble repairs, and cooperative ceiling window/waterscape/glass window cleaning. ・Manage maintenance information by Transcendent (CMMS) and coordinate the room department and PM schedules. Order replacement parts and consumables as necessary. Manage inventory and purchase order records. Prepare and maintain a storage system that allows replacement parts to be taken out quickly. ・Enter the progress of jobs into Excel, OneNote, etc., and share and manage it with members.

    • Check equipment that protects life and safety, including firefighting systems. Prepare disaster response procedures and conduct safety patrols. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience ・Majored in electrical engineering at technical college or university. ・2years experience in engineering and /or maintenance of facilities, such as hotel, hospital, school, factory etc. Preferred License ・Second class electrician ・3rd class electrical chief engineer Necessary mindset for jobs Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
