仕事内容:
★初めての児発・放デイでも安心。こどもと向き合う時間を大切に★
【業務内容】
「病院経験しかないけれど、こどもに関わりたい」という方も大歓迎です。
まずはこどもたちと仲良くなることからスタート。
個別療育を中心としたゆとりあるスケジュールなので、一人ひとりのペースに合わせて無理なく馴染んでいただけます。
先輩OTによるフォローもあり、こどもの発達について一から学べる環境です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
10:00 出勤・午前の準備(マニュアルを確認しながら丁寧に準備)
11:00 研修・自己研鑽(こどもの発達についての知識を深めます)
12:00 休憩(しっかり1時間オフ。リラックスして過ごせます)
13:30 こどもたちの来所・自由遊び見守り
14:30 個別プログラム(まずは数件から。じっくり関わります)
17:00 送迎・片付け
18:00 記録作成(フォーマットがあるので入力もスムーズ)
18:30 業務終了(残業ほぼゼロ。買い物をして帰れる時間です)

10:00-19:00 8:30-17:30(土曜、学校休校日) 休憩時間:60分 残業時間:月 約5時間

【休日】 日曜日・祝日固定休み 他シフト制(月8日程度休み) 【年間休日】 115日 【休暇】 夏季休暇(8/13-8/15)、年末年始休暇(12/30-1/3)

給与:
