アルツハイマー病Area Environment Manager (AEM)は、アルツハイマー病の環境を理解し、主要なステークホルダー、およびその方々のニーズを把握し、環境構築・改善のためのソリューションをチームワークで開発し、実装する能力が求められます。この役割には、部門横断的な強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力を発揮できることが必要です。
主な責任:
このポジションは、アルツハイマー病のマーケティングチームに報告します。将来のレポートラインは、ビジネスニーズに応じて変更される可能性があります。
これはフィールドベースの役割ですが、営業職ではないため、販売インセンティブ プログラムは含まれません。
この役割は、アルツハイマー病に関連するエコシステムの開発と改善を目的としているため、この役職の範囲と期間は、市場の成熟度に応じて将来進化します。
