About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented and market-savvy Business Development Manager to lead BAPE Japan's retail growth agenda. The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of Japan's retail landscape to identify high-potential locations, negotiate partnerships with top mall operators and department store groups, and manage end-to-end expansion projects from feasibility analysis to store launch and post-opening performance optimization.We are seeking a results-oriented and market-savvy Business Development Manager to lead BAPE Japan's retail growth agenda,
Japans Market Expansion Strategy & Site Acquisition Develop and execute a data-driven retail expansion roadmap for BAPE department store counters , Kidswear stores ,and AAPE outlets across Japans key cities ( Tokyo , Osaka , Nagoya ) aligned with regional business objectives and brand positioning .
