• Design and implement new SAP CO functionalities to meet evolving business needs
  
• Discussing the functionality, features, benefits, and impact of Management Accounting CO
  
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules, including Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Activity-Based Costing, Profitability Analysis
  
• Analyse and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  
• Integrate SAP CO with other enterprise systems
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
  
• Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot technical issues
  
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP CO developments and best practices
  
• Participate in project planning and execution
  
• Coordinating with FI, MM, and PP consultants, ABAP developers, and other personnel from cross integration modules
  
• Work closely with finance costing business and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  

Requirements

• 8 -10 years of experience working with SAP CO in a similar role
  
• Fluency in Japanese and English
  
• Proven track record of successful SAP CO implementations and support
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO modules and functionalities
  
• Experience with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA) is a plus
  
• Strong understanding of Japanese costing principles and regulations
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
