スマホが故障した時などに使える携帯端末補償サービスのご案内をお任せします
具体的には…
*補償サービスのご案内
*契約手続き など
携帯コーナーのスタッフから、スマホを購入されたお客様をご紹介いただくことが多いので営業要素ほぼナシ
(携帯販売・契約業務は一切ありません)
興味を持たれたお客様へのご案内なので、お客様との会話もスムーズに進みます♪
ご案内の仕方など業務に必要な知識は事前の研修でしっかりお伝え
(ZOOMでの事前研修あり)
手厚い研修とサポート体制が整った環境なので、初めての方でも安心してスタート出来ます
*人と話すことが好きな方
