    SMB VAST Sales Manager(Based in Tokyo)

    What you can expect

    Zoom is seeking an SMB Sales Manager in Tokyo to oversee teams in Japan SMB VAST team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and customer relationship skills. Local and regional teams will assist in expanding the company's efforts in Japan. This role is critical to regional growth and reports to the Director of mass-market sales in Japan.

    Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide the sales
  • process to close
  • Leading a team to effectively identify upselling opportunities and building the customer relationships
  • Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Developing and leveraging business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations, creating
  • satisfied customers
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Working strategically with management to deliver sales forecasts and revenue achievement, identifying
  • trending opportunities/challenges, and recommending solutions
  • What we're looking for

  • Have minimum of 2 years of Management experience in a high-speed growing company
  • Have excellent collaboration and relational skills, excellent verbal skills with consultative professional
  • business acumen
  • Have exceptional business forecasting and pipeline development skills with a record of closed sales and
  • client satisfaction
  • Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
  • Be able to speak fluent Japanese and English
  • Have good Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
