- 企画部門や事業開発部門での業務経験
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a company, government agencies, etc.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity to learn everything, willingness to grow
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in talent management, business strategies
- Strong commands of Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
- Work experience as a consultant at a business consulting firm
- Project experience related to organizational/HR transformation

Junior Associate Consultant:
As a Junior Associate Consultant at Egon Zehnder, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced consultants to support our client engagements. You will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role will provide you with a deep understanding of our industry practices and the opportunity to contribute to projects at various stages.
