部署紹介
CBRE リサーチ部門は、独自に収集したデータに基づき、事業用不動産市場の市況分析と予測を行い、社内外に情報発信しています。また、市場動向の変化をいち早く捉え、時流に合ったトピックスに関する不定期レポートも発刊しています。発刊物に加え、セミナー、顧客向け個別プレゼンテーション、メディアへの寄稿などを通じて、 CBRE のブランド力向上に貢献するとともに、社内の多様なビジネスを支援しています。
業務内容
- 事業用不動産マーケットに関するデータの収集および集計
- リサーチレポートの作成にかかる業務のサポート
- その他、必要に応じたアナリストの業務サポート
- リサーチ内の他チームおよび他部署との連携
応募要件
- PC スキル( MS Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams )
英語:ビジネスレベル以上
不動産業界での勤務経験(デベロッパー、仲介会社など)
- Excel VBA 、 Python などプログラミングのスキル

リサーチ部門の「リサーチャー」は、主にリサーチアナリストがレポート等を通じて発信する分析の基盤となる CBRE 独自のデータ、および外部ソースから得るデータを収集・集計する、重要な役割を担っています。リサーチアナリストと連携し、必要に応じて最適なデータの集計方法などを提案していただくこともあります。また、社内外のクライアントからの問い合わせにも対応していただきます。データの分析スキルのほか、顧客とのやり取りを通じてコミュニケーションスキルや不動産業界に関する知見を高めていただけるポジションです。ご本人の希望とやる気次第で、リサーチアナリストへのステップアップも可能です。
