Established 2.5 years ago, our COE has successfully rolled out a global digital platform encompassing website enhancements and integrated digital customer solutions.
As we continue to refine our digital capabilities, including the rollout of GA4, we seek a meticulous and driven Digital Project Manager to lead our ongoing projects.
Job Description:The Digital Project Manager will orchestrate various aspects of our digital projects, ensuring alignment with our luxury brand's high standards and strategic goals.
This role requires a professional who excels in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes into our luxury context.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Serve as the key point of contact between IT, brand business teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
2.Manage all facets of project delivery, including project scoping, resource allocation, quality control, and final deployment, tailored to the luxury market.
3. Define and document detailed project scopes, including functional specifications, timelines, resource estimates, risk analyses, and dependencies.4.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with our luxury brand's objectives.
5.Develop and manage comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for digital projects, including but not limited to, front-end development, luxurious page components, exclusive site content, and sophisticated site architecture.
6.Oversee project logistics such as scheduling, conducting meetings, drafting agendas, taking detailed notes, and maintaining rigorous documentation to ensure project transparency and traceability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.
At least 5 years of program management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in IT or digital projects related to luxury or high-end markets.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, high-stakes projects with meticulous attention to detail.3. Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, with an ability to inspire and direct teams.
4. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a high-end clientele and executive teams.
5. Business level proficiency in Japanese; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
