■ポジションについて
- グローバル物流・輸送管理の観点からリージョン物流オペレーションを支援し、各リージョンおよび運送会社と連携した課題解決
- 輸送サービス調達に関するグローバル入札プロジェクトの企画・推進およびグローバル間接購買部門との連携
- 国際物流における新規外部サービスプロバイダーとのオペレーション立ち上げ支援
- 各リージョンの輸送最適化および正確な予測/計画にもとづく取り組み推進のサポート
- 輸送費用やスケジュール遵守率などのKPIモニタリングによるサービスプロバイダーのオペレーションパフォーマンス管理
- 貨物輸送における温室効果ガス(GHG)排出量の把握および削減施策推進によるESG活動の支援
- AI活用コントロールタワーソリューション導入支援および既存トラッキング/トレーシングソリューションとの連携推進
- グローバル物流レポート配信およびアメリカ地域向け製品供給におけるSCM計画業務・最適化のサポート

Requirements
■必須
- 財務モデリング/コスト分析:単なるコスト計算にとどまらず、長期的な財務インパクトを予測する高度なモデル(例:損益分岐分析)の構築ができること。ランドコスト、総保有コスト、コスト・トゥ・サーブの理解。
- データ構造の理解・整備力:ERP/TMS などからデータを取得し、クリーニング・構造化してレポートに活用できるスキル。高度なExcelスキルとPower BIによる可視化ができる。
- プロセス可視化・シミュレーション:現行の物流プロセス(Air to Sea、倉庫フロー等)をプロセスマップとして可視化できる。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
