1.当社WEBサイトで新規契約を検討のお客さま入電に対して相談、質問、商品説明、申し込みサポート
2.担当者不在契約のお客さまからの入電、架電によるカスタマーフォロー業務
3.契約成立関連、収納関連に関してお客さまからの入電、架電による確認業務
■必須業務経験・スキル■
1.一般的なPCスキルを有する方(システムへの入力、Excel Word PowerPoint等)
2.責任感があり業務を主体的に進められる方
3 .お客さまの為を思い行動できる方
4 .変化を成長の機会と捉え柔軟に対応できる方

雇用形: ビジネス・アソシエイト社員(地域限定正社員)
勤務時間: 月~日(祝日含む):8:50-19:00(休憩70分、実働8時間)シフト制
※研修期間:月~金(土日祝休):9:00-18:00(休憩時間60分、実働8時間)
特別連続休暇(5営業日)、年次有給休暇(初年度5日もしくは10日 ※入社月により異なります)、特別有給休暇(慶弔)
リフレッシュ休暇、年末年始(12/31〜1/4)、産前産後・育児・介護・子看護休暇完全週休2日制
給与: 当社規定により決定
