We are now looking for an Assistant to engage in various marketing and communication activities including proofreading translated Japanese documents, operating meetings, and generating high-quality marketing and communication materials. The assistant will contribute to activities/events promotion, broadcast, and organization

You will
Be responsible for the following actions in our effort to promote Ericsson Japan
• Create graphics for internal communication materials such as PowerPoint slides, banners for internal emails such as event announcement and newsletters
• Shoot and edit videos, as well as take and archive photos
• Draft and format Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube posts
• Support event operation such as all employee meetings, customer seminars and media briefings
• Design and produce collateral
• Handle other various administration tasks
To be successful in the role it is preferable you have
• Video shooting and editing, design and photography skills
• Language skills – Japanese: Native level, English: Intermediate level of English understanding necessary (reading documents and some basic conversations)
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere
• Interest in new media operation
• Creative and innovative demeanor
• Quick learning ability and teamwork spirit
• The availability to work in the office at least one day per week (with a preference for more)
• Education: Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's program or a higher degree at a university
Duration of the internship: minimum 6 months, longer duration is preferred.
