    本ポジションはAccounting Managerとして以下の業務をお任せします。


    •部下を指揮・監督し月次決算および年次決算を期限内に完了する。


    •日々の経理業務や各種レポート作成、その他全社・部門のプロジェクトに関する業務等を部下に割り当て、あるいは自ら行い遂行する。


    •各種経理伝票の承認を行い、また勘定科目残高の精査などを通じて計算書類の正確性を保つ。


    •US GAAPおよび日本会計基準、業務に関連する各種法令などの知識の習得や、改訂などの情報収集に努め、適宜経理業務に反映させる。

    部下の勤怠や心身の健康状態を適切に管理し、業績を評価する。また適切なアドバイスやトレーニングを用いて部下の育成を図る。

    【必須経験】

  • 7年以上の経理業務経験、および3年以上の複数名の部下管理経験

    • 【必要なスキルや知識】

  • US GAAP, Japan GAAP, SOX および所得税や消費税などの税務の知識
  • 英語(読み、書き必須)TOEIC 860点以上
  • 文書や口述による卓越したコミュニケーション能力
  • ERPなどの経理システムの知識(SAPの経験・知識が望ましい)

  • プロジェクト・マネージメントの経験および資格(PRINCE2など)
  • CPAの資格や会計監査業務経験
