- プロジェクトマネージャーと密に連携し、物流ソリューションの迅速な展開とスムーズな運用の確保
- 関連する利害関係者と連携し、ユーザー受け入れテストの実施
- プロジェクトの技術面に関して、顧客と密にコミュニケーションをとりながら、エンジニアと顧客の間での調整を行うこと
- ロボティクスの品質保証エンジニアにて技術的な問題を共有し、解決されるまでフォローアップする
- 顧客への導入後トレーニングの実施とサポートの提供
- 4年以上の関連業務経験
- Linux/Unix環境の使用経験
- 導入、及び、電気機械ソリューションに関する知識
- 優れた日本語でのコミュニケーション能力と日本のビジネス慣習の理解
- 不確実な状況下でも臨機応変に対応し、課題解決する力
- 顧客や社内関係者と良好な関係を築くコミュニケーション能力
- 基礎レベルの英語力(技術文書の読み書きができる程度)
