Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the performance solution function in JP and delivering on our revenue commitments.
• Collaborate with and help PM develop competitive performance products by providing business / market view.
• Lead sales teams when beta products launch and identify appropriate test customers.
• Collect feedback from customers and share it with the PM.
• Build product sales strategy in performance solutions to increase revenue and raise RPM.

Requirements

Required experience/skills

• Knowledge and relationships across the digital ads industry in JP
• 5+ years of relevant ads industry experience, especially in performance based marketing
• 3+ years experience at an ad platforms, digital media or relevant companies
• Expertise in performance campaigns across objective, bidding, targeting, creative and optimization
• Deep understanding of agency business and advertiser perspective on digital ads
• Project management experiences with diverse background people
• Language: Japanese – fluency, English – business level.

• Technical expertise to better communicate with PM and Engineer
