    Costa Business Manager, JKOU Coffee Enterprise

    Job Description Summary

    This position is working with FMCG Director on designing, developing, and implementing the existing FMCG coffee business strategy and commercial plans while identifying, modeling, and capturing growth potential in the remaining FMCG coffee market in the OU. This position manages Costa brand with focus on FMCG platform including activities related to:

    • Co-build Costa coffee strategy (RTD/ At-Home) with Marketing and networked organizations
    • Co-managing total coffee business financials (P&L, resource allocation) with
      Marketing Coffee Category.
    • Support marketing coffee category team to develop and execute marketing strategy and innovation plan for Costa coffee.
    • Develop, execute, and manage Costa coffee commercial strategy, policies and plans for different channels including Route-to-Market and capability requirements.
    • Partner with Franchise Operation Team to engage and navigate bottling partners and key stakeholders to grow Costa coffee across the OU in different channels.
    • Co-develop total RTD Coffee portfolio with GA and At-home innovations with Marketing Coffee Category

    • Collaborate with Marketing Function, bottling partners and Global Team to drive business. Establishes and implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results. Develops short to mid-term (1-3 years) plans for optimizing the organization and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.
    • Problems and issues faced can be complex and may require broad-based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of the organization.

    • Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation. Solutions are novel and unique and drawing upon best practices based on expertise.

    • Local language fluency is essential due to the nature of the role.

    KNOWLEDGE

    • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experiences.
    • Typically requires 5+ years of prior relevant experiences.
