    THE ROLE

  • Sales Operation Specialist for Luxury is responsible to maximize brand equity and brand contribution to Luxury business by continuously evolving/innovating the market with the guidance of the line Manager.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term brand loyalty and attract new customers for assigned brand(s).
  • Support Sales function for the efficeint business management with high productivity.
  • Work closly with Marketing, Supply/Demand in daily basis.
  • External stalesholders are Retailers, key agencies, etc.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales planning for direct business to maximize the potential of each brand.
  • Analyse the sales data and reflect to the sales plan to build efficient business.
  • Support line manager for daily basis operation in direct business.
  • Manage Coop media to gain awareness and build traffic to the counter.
  • Create report to support direct business activities.
  • Sales report, BA productivity report, BA incentive report, etc.

  • Assist line manager in preparation of new and exclusive launch.
  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing, the experience in the cosmetics/ beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Higher communication/ inter-personal skills to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks with a disciplined approach by evaluating priorities in the fast pace and the matrix organization.
  • Advanced excel skills are required.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
  • University degree or above.
