- Sales Operation Specialist for Luxury is responsible to maximize brand equity and brand contribution to Luxury business by continuously evolving/innovating the market with the guidance of the line Manager.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term brand loyalty and attract new customers for assigned brand(s).
- Support Sales function for the efficeint business management with high productivity.
- Work closly with Marketing, Supply/Demand in daily basis.
- External stalesholders are Retailers, key agencies, etc.
- Manage sales planning for direct business to maximize the potential of each brand.
- Analyse the sales data and reflect to the sales plan to build efficient business.
- Support line manager for daily basis operation in direct business.
- Manage Coop media to gain awareness and build traffic to the counter.
- Create report to support direct business activities.
- Assist line manager in preparation of new and exclusive launch.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing, the experience in the cosmetics/ beauty industry is an advantage.
- Higher communication/ inter-personal skills to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks with a disciplined approach by evaluating priorities in the fast pace and the matrix organization.
- Advanced excel skills are required.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
- University degree or above.
