仕事内容:
内科・消化器内科・外科・肛門科・皮膚科・美容皮膚科クリニックにおいて、
受付業務および医療事務業務全般を中心に、美容受付カウンセリング業務、
医療器具の洗浄・管理業務、ならびに事務職の範囲内での各種補助業務を担当していただきます。
主な業務内容
- 受付・会計業務
(保険診療の患者様対応、会計処理、予約対応 等)
- 美容受付カウンセラー業務
(美容皮膚科における受付対応、施術内容・料金等のご案内、
カウンセリング補助、同意書の説明、予約管理 等
※施術・医療行為は行いません)
- 医療事務業務全般
(レセプト補助、各種書類の作成・管理、データ入力 等)
- 医療秘書業務
(医師の事務サポート、スケジュール管理 等)
- クラーク業務
(診療補助、診察室内での事務的サポート、電子カルテ入力補助 等)
- 看護助手業務(事務職の範囲内)
(診療準備の補助、患者様のご案内、診療環境の整備 等
※医療行為は含みません)
- 訪問診療・訪問看護に関する事務補助業務
(※医療事務の範囲内の業務に限ります)
- 医療器具の洗浄・管理業務
雇用形態・試用期間
- 雇用形態:正社員(試用期間あり)
- 試用期間:6か月
- 試用期間中は契約社員としての雇用となります
- 試用期間終了後、勤務状況および適性等を考慮のうえ、正社員登用となります

受付・医療事務・関連事務業務の範囲内で業務内容を変更する場合があります

なお、**消化器内視鏡クリニックにおいて5年以上、レセプト業務や医療クラーク業務の経験をお持ちの方は、月給25万円~**を想定しています。

勤務時間・曜日:
下記時間帯の中で、週平均40時間のシフト制勤務となります。
- 勤務時間帯:8:45~17:45(日~月)
※業務状況により、勤務時間が一部変更となる場合があります。
※クリニック運営に支障が出ない範囲内で、毎月一定回数の希望休を申請することが可能です。

- 週休2日制(シフト制)

勤務地:
研修・交流・ヘルプ等の目的で月に数回程度、大阪市内の姉妹院で勤務が御座います。
