オペレーショナル・リスクは、全ての企業が潜在的に抱える幅広いリスクであり、その影響度の大きさや近年の環境の変化により、リスク管理の観点から関心が高まっています。
リスク・マネジメント部門では、株主リターンの向上、資本利益率の最大化を図りながら、十分な資本を維持するために、シニア・マネジメントに対し、リスクの観点から助言を行うという戦略的に重要な役割を担っています。その中でオペレーショナル・リスク管理の業務は、リスクを把握し、評価し、モニタリングし、報告するための管理枠組みを構築しています。この管理枠組みに従って活動しリスク削減に貢献することが求められます。
Operational risk is a wide range of potential risks that all firms face, and due to the magnitude of its impact and changes in the business environment in recent years, there has been a growing interest from a risk management perspective.
Risk Management Department plays a strategically important role in advising senior management from a risk perspective in order to maintain sufficient capital while improving shareholder returns and maximizing the return on capital. Within Risk Management Department, Operational Risk Management team has developed a management framework to identify, assess, monitor and report risks. We are required to contribute to risk reduction in accordance with the risk management framework. Responsibilities:

当社のあらゆる業務に内在するオペレーショナル・リスクを管理するため、グローバルに統一された枠組みを活用して、各部門と一体となってリスクを把握し、評価し、モニタリングし、報告する活動を担います。(オペレーショナル・リスク事象の原因分析および再発防止策の評価、リスクとコントロールの自己評価(RCSA)を通じたリスク評価や改善策の提案、など)

海外のメンバーとの議論、情報共有をはじめ、国内関連各部やシニア・マネジメント及び当局との連絡・調整業務を行います。

To manage the operational risks within the firm's operations, it will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting risks in a globally consistent framework. ( Operational risk events analysis and causes and assessment of measures to prevent recurrence, risk assessment through self-assessment of risk and control (RCSA) and proposal of remedial actions).

In addition to discussing and sharing information with overseas members, the team will also liaise and coordinate with relevant domestic departments, senior management and regulators.

日本語(母国語又は流暢)、英語(業務に必要なコミュニケーション)

オペレーショナル・リスク管理や業務・課題改善への興味

コミュニケーション能力(文章力・プレゼンテーションを含む)

MSオフィス(エクセル・ワード・パワーポイント)の基本的な操作

Japanese (native or fluent), English (necessary communication for work)

Interest in operational risk management and improvement of operations and issues

Communication skills (including writing and presentation)

Basic Operations of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

B)Preferred skill / experience

金融機関におけるリスク・マネジメント業務(オペレーショナル・リスク管理含む)の経験

業務プロセス改善活動への参画経験・システム開発業務の経験

規程類等の文書作成業務の経験

データ・ガバナンス業務の経験

Experience in risk management operations (including operational risk management) at financial institutions

Experience participating in business process improvement activities/experience in system development work

Experience in data governance work

Experience in preparing documents such as regulations
