    Job Description
    :
    Program manager responsible for program planning and execution within insurance sector.
    Stakeholder management at different levels in the customer organization, to ensure successful sales win.
    Manage the PM office for project planning, scope management, issue and risk management, budget management – internal to Infosys.
    Managing programs within the sector with budgets ranging from 10M yen to M or more.
    Identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising program quality.
    Lead cross functional teams to achieve program objectives.
    Risk management – Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
    Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
    Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
    Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
    At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management.
    Experience in life insuranceStrong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level Japanese skills.
    Preferred QualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in Digital TransformationExperience in Agency Management Systems, Agency Portals, Claims systems.

    Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projectsExperience in CloudExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in software development life cycleAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

    Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
