    Position 1) Service Plan

    Understanding business strategies and planning new services and promoting projects based on insights from research results such as current status analysis and user interviews.

    ・Current status analysis inside and outside the company using framework

    ・Conduct research such as user interviews

    ・Idea creation, service planning

    ・Progress of the project

    ・Growth of the service in charge

    Position 2) Operation Plan

    We will help you to improve the quality of the entire service by identifying issues while operating electronic money services and thinking about ways to solve them (reviewing business flow, automation by system, etc.).

    ・Current status analysis inside and outside the company using framework

    Analysis and review of existing operations, and proposals for improvement

    ・Progress of the project

    ・Manage KPIs (e.g. error rate) on quality

    ■Requirements

    Position 1) Service Plan

    ・Practical experience in launching new services, BizDev, service planning, etc. (over 2 years)

    ・Operational experience using Excel and Power Point

    ・ Have the motivation to obtain a TOEIC 800 points or higher or an equivalent score within two years

    Position 2) Operation Plan

    Practical experience in planning such as business improvement and automation of operations (more than 2 years)
