- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Cooperate with external auditors
- Manage the operations of the financial accounting system
- Provide necessary training and supervision to the accounting team
- Handle compliance-related duties such as risk assessment
- Over 5 years of experience in financial accounting
- Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferred
- Experience working for a multinational business
- JCPA or USCPA qualification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Fluent level Japanese, Business level English
- 月次、四半期、年次財務諸表の作成

- 財務会計システムの運用管理

- リスクアセスメント等のコンプライアンス関連業務
- 5年以上の財務会計の経験

- 日本公認会計士協会またはUSCPAの資格保持者、優遇
- ファイナンス、アカウンティング、またはビジネスの学士号
- 流暢レベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語
