- Manage project specification and permit especially on construction-related requirements.
- Ensure permits are accurate and complete.
- Review and negotiate EPC contracts and subcontracts conditions as well as lead negotiations with contractors.
- Manage construction budget and schedule.
- Act as main point of contact between clients, internal, and subcontractors.
- Experience in EPC or Construction Project Management or Supply Chain
- Engineering background
- Professional English and Japanese language proficiency
