The Business
WTWは、これまでに蓄積したコンサルティング手法や各種データ、知見を活用し、クライアント企業およびその社員のエンゲージメントやパフォーマンスを高められるよう、人材課題の特定とその解決を支援します。
「ジョブ型人事制度」が巷の話題を賑わせるなか、人事コンサルティングに対するニーズとその重要性は近年になく高まっています。WTWはそのなかでも、同じような金太郎飴の再生産に埋没せず、グローバルに豊富な人材を擁するWTWだからできることにこだわりつつ、その実行・実現に向け、意欲に溢れる仲間を求めています。

The Role
WRCコンサルタントはさまざまな人事制度関連プロジェクトに関わります。
プロジェクトマネージャーの示す方向性のもと、担当テーマについての現状分析、課題特定、解決策の立案をリードします。現状分析・課題特定においては、経営陣・従業員へのヒアリングや、人事制度の関連資料・報酬データの分析を行います。また、課題の解決にあたっては、導入後の影響をシミュレーションしつつ、方向性や具体案を提案します。
クライアントに対する日常的な窓口としての役割に加え、中・小規模プロジェクトで自らプロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクトをリードしたり、経験の少ないアソシエイトを支援することもあります。
