- EHS遵守向上のための改善、戦略を提案し、EHSリスクアセスメントを実施する。
- 受入試験、出荷試験、安定性試験、バリデーション関連試験、クリーニングモニター等を実施する。
- 課内のリスクを特定し、報告する。
- 改善プロジェクト(GPS等)のメンバーとして、効果的かつ効率的に試験を実施するためのアクションを推進する。
- 関連業務(LSOP/WI改訂、OOT/OOS調査、機器点検、RCA/CAPA等)を実施する。
- 品質試験に関するトラブルシューティングに対応する。
- 当局及びGSKグループの査察に対応する。
- 上司の指示により、必要な業務を実施/サポートする。
- GMP、QMS、薬事及びEHSにおける知識
- 分析機器及びコンピュータ化システムに関する知識
- 分析技術及びData Integrityに関する知識
- 根本原因特定、問題解決、業務改善能力
- 品質管理業務に3年以上従事した経験
- 薬学、化学、生物、工学系の学士以上
- 英語でのコミュニケーション(読解、メール、電話会議)
- 生産管理システム(SAP)に対する知識
- 製薬工場での業務経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーション(ビジネスレベル)
