    I. Broad Function

    Your mission is

  • To maintain and increase customers' productivity, provide reliable and advanced compressor air
  • To increase customer and employee satisfaction through the control of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
  • To achieve the above mission you execute;

    • Maintenance of continued certification to ISO, ISO and ISO standards and its process improvement.

    Safety Management

    Products Warranty and in-house failure management

    Environment policy execution and follow up.

    II. Principal Responsibilities

  • SHE Management

    • To prepare the SHEQ quality/environment/safety policy and annual target

    To attend and support SHEQ Manager to manage monthly Occupational Health, Safety and Environment meeting and follow those results up.

    To establish and maintain SHEQ related document controlling process and manage/maintain in SharePoint.

  • Quality Management

    • To prepare and help SHEQ Manager to manage monthly Quality Meeting

    Failure Report (FReT) and Warranty (WAnT) handling. (FReT report is for serious quality issues)

    To prepare and support SHEQ Manager to undertake quality meetings with product companies occasionally or regularly.

    By analyzing field (customers' sites) and various information, provide feedback to product companies for product and technical improvements to be made.

    To design, plan and improve PDI process

  • ISO Certification

    • To lead and carry out the internal process audit

    To prepare and arrange the official audit (external)

    -To prepare and help SHEQ Manager to carry out annual SHEQ management review with GM

  • Regal and law

    • To verify the regal and law industrial requirements to ensure the compliance

    To take necessary actions for new regal requirement

    III. Qualification Requirement

  • Educational requirement

    • BSc. Degree, technical college degree or equivalent

    MSc. preferred

  • Experience Requirement

    • Experience in Quality Assurance, ISO and SHEQ related work and preferably CTS / Technical work.

    Preferably solid technical experience of air compressors, pump, turbo equipment and/or the ancillary equipment.

    Fluent Japanese and English communication
