Job summary
We are looking for an Executive Chef to manage and lead the culinary operation at Hilton Tokyo Bay. The successful candidate will oversee culinary operations in all restaurant kitchens, work at off-site events when requested, plan and prepare high-quality food and beverage products, and maintain HACCP aspects within the hotel operation.Key responsibilities include overseeing cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen; maintaining professional standards; ensuring guests receive exceptional service; working with team members to achieve departmental goals; managing training functions; controlling food costs; reviewing timesheets for accuracy;
