Photo Engineer for Alpha Technology Engineering team at Hiroshima site is responsible for successful transfer achievement of new tech node transferred from Technology Development team, Yield improvement/CT reduction with great collaboration with Technology Development team/Manufacturing team all related Dept/DRAM network. As one of our team members, you should understand site, department, area, individual goals to achieve them. As a process owner, you will also be proactive and responsible for assigned tasks and complete them in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

・Photo Process technology transfer on DRAM from R&D to manufacturing and carry on Yield, Cycle time and Cost improvement to mature phase.

・Identify and evaluate interactions between equipment, modules and processes and resolve related issues

・Stay engaged with vendors and work closely other department including TD team to understand implications of inline/probe/parametric/PTS data and identify opportunities for manufacturability improvement

・Design multi-level SWRs using DOE concept and develop framework for process changes and conversion

・Establish Standard operation procedure(SOP) for new technology transfer

・Interact positively with the team, pilot line, vendors, integration, TD, management, to contribute in key improvement projects

・Working knowledge of Design of Experiments and data analysis systems

・Must be willing to be stationed in F15 MFG (Hiroshima manufacturing) site and when required for an extended period of time.

Good to have

・Good Understanding of the Lithography concepts and how the hardware and process interact with each other

・The ability to train on process lessons learned, defect issues and BKM's within Photo Process

・Demonstrated success in leading cross functional (Manufacturing, Technology Development and Overall Micron network) teams in defining and solving process problems

・Understanding of the Micron world-wide team structure, standards and processes

・An overall understanding of typical step sequences in a memory manufacturing traveler

Qualification

Successful candidate for this position will have

・Understand and can use Micron Engineer application (GeRM, MESSWR, SPC, FDC)

・The ability to work through complexity

・Have good enough English communication skills.

・Willing to learn Japanese.

・Any photo experience is plus, but not limited
