~Starting a new business at a Mexican warehouse of a Japanese logistics company~~◎Industry experience not required◎
We have established a joint venture company [LOGICOM INTL MEX] with CDJ Co., Ltd.
and Logicom HD Co., Ltd., and will expand business to Mexico and North America, where the production of electric vehicles is active, including accepting logistics orders from a major aluminum wheel manufacturer.
After receiving training at our company, CDJ Co., Ltd. for about six months, you will be seconded to our joint venture company [LOGICOM INTL MEX] in Mexico.[Job Description]
"■Work with the Industrial Park Management Committee and construction companies to audit the construction of the warehouse, manage progress, introduce equipment and materials, and take charge of the overall practical aspects.
■Listen to information on new customers/new car models from the factory and formulate a business plan.
■Incorporate the factory's requests, such as receiving finished products, sharing inventory information, packaging specifications, and unpacking inspections, into on-site management.
■Deal with warehouse inspections at delivery destinations, order management, and delivery vehicle requests.
■Perform on-site construction activities such as recruiting on-site workers and formulating internal rules to improve costs and services.
■Responsible for administrative duties such as outsourcing to transportation/sorting companies, expenses/labor, etc.
" ◎ Business trips: 1-2 times a month within Mexico, 1-2 business trips to Japan per year.
