    Mission

    Same as Field Service Engineer + Duties to proactively taking actions and activities to maintain/improve work quality of field service team.

    Principal responsibilities

    Responsible for professionally conducting development of FSE in each service center.

    Required to cooperate with Technical Support Specialist.

    Responsible for technical skill development of newcomer FSE (e.g. educational planning and confirmation of growth)

    Responsible for promoting standardization of maintenance work at site (e.g. activities to improve work efficiency on site/increase the number of sites where one person works alone, etc.)

    Take the lead in learning new technical skills and serve as a trainer in each branch to guide colleagues.

    Other general activities related to the work quality of FSE at each branch.

    Qualification Requirements (Educational, Experience, Personality requirements)

    Experience of maintenance work of industrial machines or experienced in assembling machines.

    Languages: Fluent Japanese and Basic English for writing and reading (and prepared to learn speaking and listening English)

    Knowledge to operate Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to learn other software necessary for role.
