Job summary
The Bell Attendant organizes and coordinates the concierge services to ensure that each guest experiences a memorable stay from arrival, during the stay, through to departure,in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
Retrieve and transport guest luggage
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these roomsand their features
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly efficient manner
