職務内容
日本でのメディカル事業部の売上成長に専念します。 このポジションは、日本の市場シェアを拡大し、新しい市場を開拓することが期待されています。東日本エリアにおける新規商談の獲得/販売/SFDCを利用した配下の商談管理の強化、チームの目標達成に向けた戦略立案、実行等に注力して頂きます。ドクターの中にはコアなファンも数多くいらっしゃいますが、マーケットシェアはまだまだ伸びしろがありますのでこれまでのご経験をもとに、やりがいをもって取り組んで頂くことができます。
要件
経験;
学歴: 大卒もしくは同等程度
言語: 日本語は必須、Emailでのやり取り・オンライントレーニングができる英語力
出張: 国内出張あり。 1020%程度
勤務地:関東 ※ただし将来的に転勤の可能性あり
その他:コミュニケーション能力、交渉スキルをもとに顧客やビジネスパートナーとの関係構築ができる方。
また、国内・国外他部署とも横断的にコミュニケーション、連携ができる方。
