    ◆ 仕事内容
    JMP製品群の販売に関する技術支援業務
     購入前のお客様の技術的サポート
     利用拡大のためのユーザーサポート
     お客様のニーズや課題を理解した上での提案、製品のデモンストレーション
     オンサイトでの質問対応や使用法のレクチャー
     マーケティングイベント、トレードショー、学会等でのサポート
     セミナー等でのプレゼンテーション、技術資料の作成
     営業担当との協働によるアカウント戦略の策定、ニーズの評価
     担当テリトリーのリードジェネレーションの技術支援(セミナーの企画やプレゼンター、Webコンテンツ等技術情報の
    作成など)
     機能に対するお客様からの要望を開発部門に報告するなどの製品の改善への貢献


    ◆ 応募資格
    【必須条件】
     大学もしくは大学院で統計学を専攻された方、または心理学、社会学、社会工学、経営工学、情報工学、数学、医学、
    化学などを専攻し、統計を学んだ方
     大学院もしくは業務での統計解析の研究、実務経験
     コミュニケーション能力
     プレゼンテーション能力
     企画力、実行力
     自己管理能力

     日本語(ビジネスレベル以上)
     英語力(読み書き)


    【あればプラスとなるスキル・経験】
     大学での統計クラスのティーチングアシスタント経験
     JMPおよびSASの実務使用経験
     その他の統計解析ソフトの実務使用経験
     英語力(会話)
     ソフトウェアのサポート経験
     プリセールス業務の経験
     対象業界でのデータ解析や品質管理業務の経験
