    The Specialist – Marcom Fairs & Events Support, JAPAN Medical will support and manage a variety of marketing projects within the JAPAN Medical business unit. The incumbent will support the activation of the JAPAN Medical marketing strategy to achieve financial targets detailed within the JAPAN Medical operating plan.

    Reporting to the Assoc. Director, North Asia Marketing, she/he assists in the areas of distributor training, fairs & events execution, product life cycle management (launch or phase-out), and marketing collateral assets development, liaising with internal design team (CBS) or external agencies for material development, assists in lead generation and marketing qualification, coordination of copywriting and PR activities, maintenance of several online assets and processes as well as evaluation of data and campaign results.

    Events & training coordination for Medical JAPAN

    ·Support and coordinate product launch training for sales teams (internal & external) including consolidation, localization (translations proofreading) and timely availability of marketing materials, updating our sales communication tools such as AssetBank, or e-Learning tool

    ·Coordinate marketing lead trade exhibitions, events and seminars to ensure consistent Ansell branding and ensure lead follow-up mechanism is in place (SalesForce, Marketo etc)

    ·Assure sample availability and updates for new and existing products

    ·Coordinate sample requests for business as part of lead management process

    Regional Product Management support

    ·Product collateral maintenance, localization and proofreading

    Marketing Activities Support

    ·Execute the JAPAN marketing activities as per agreed marketing plans including providing specific support to hospital/dental distributor marketing programs and develop required campaigns and collateral

    ·Raise and monitor content and design approval flows

    ·Support campaign reporting by consolidating results, metrics and budget

    Communication

    ·Act as the communication contact with regional TSM, distributor contacts, and internal departments such as customer service and logistics

    ·Assist in the development and maintenance of digital content.

    Other

    ·Coordinate the budget tracking and administration aspects for specific trade marketing activities such as management of material storage and distribution

    ·Monitor end-users/competitor/distributor activities to provide insights to local sales and marketing teams

    KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience

    Job Experience

    ·Ideally, 3+ years experience in marketing/ PR/ event management as a minimum.

    ·Experience in marketing or PR agency is a plus

    ·Experience within the medical or dental industry or B2B marketing in JAPAN is a plus

    Knowledge and Skills

    ·A Japanese native, proficient in English (especially written) above TOEIC 645 or lived/studied abroad

    ·Knowledge of marketing and brand management

    ·Digital marketing technology literacy, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation and CRM applications.

    Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

    ·Some travel within JAPAN is required.

    ·Open to participating in conference calls with global colleagues outside of standard working hours.
