"クルマ×ソフトウェア"の全体像を描き、世界標準の技術仕様を策定しませんか?Hondaでは現在、コネクテッドカー向け車載インフォテイメント(IVI)システムの要件定義およびシステムアーキテクチャ設計を担うエンジニアを募集しています。大規模システムのグランドデザインを描き、Google/Apple/Amazon等のビックテックと対等に渡り合いながら、次世代モビリティの技術仕様を決定できる方を歓迎します。
※インフォテイメントシステム:自動車内で「情報(Information)」と「娯楽(Entertainment)」を提供する統合システムのことを指します。近年は、スマートフォン連携やクラウド通信などを活用し、クルマを「走るスマートデバイス」として進化させる中心的な技術領域です。

【募集の背景】
SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)時代において、IVIシステムは大規模化・複雑化の一途をたどっています。 Hondaでは、Googleビルトインシステムの採用をはじめ、グローバルエコシステムとの連携を強化していますが、その実現には「どのような技術で、何を実現するか」を描くアーキテクトの存在が不可欠です。プロジェクト推進者(PL)や開発管理(PMO)ではなく、技術的な知見を持って最適解を導き出し、システム全体の仕様を決定するために技術で現場をリードしていく仲間を募集しています。
【具体的には】
次世代IVIシステム開発におけるアーキテクチャ選定段階からを担当いただきます。マーケティングや企画部門の要求を技術仕様に落とし込み、GoogleやQualcomm等のパートナー、および社内開発チームを技術面からリードしていただきます。
- IVIシステム全体のアーキテクチャ設計およびシステム・モジュール構成設計
- 非機能要件(パフォーマンス、セキュリティ、拡張性)の策定と実現性検討(フィジビリティスタディ)
- Google / Qualcomm 等のグローバルパートナーとの新規提案・仕様調整・技術折衝
- 開発ロードマップの技術的な整合性確認と問題解決
- 開発プロセス(A-SPICE等)の整備および内製・外製の役割分担の最適化
※管理業務のみを行うのではなく、自ら技術的な判断を下し、エンジニアやパートナーをリードする「技術の司令塔」としての自律的な動きが求められます。

【求める経験・スキル】
- ソフトウェアまたはITシステムの要件定義またはシステムアーキテクチャ設計
- 複数のステークホルダー(自社他部門、協力会社、顧客等)との技術的な折衝・調整経験
- エンジニアと対等に技術的な議論ができるバックグラウンド
【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】
- SIerやITコンサルティングファームにおける、大規模プロジェクトのテックリード/PM経験
- 組み込みシステム、またはモバイル/Webサービスのシステム設計経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外パートナーとの会議、技術文書の読み書き)
- オフショア開発のブリッジSEやマネジメント経験
