仕事内容:
シェアトップクラスの「プレミアムウォーター」コールセンターにて、受電・架電業務をお任せします。未経験からスタートした20代・30代が多数活躍中の、活気ある職場です

- 個人宅向けウォーターサーバーのご案内(架電)
- お問い合わせへの対応(受電)
- 顧客情報などのデータ入力 ※一部BtoB(法人向け)の部署もございます。 ※研修がしっかりしているため、未経験でも安心してスタート可能です。

求める人材:
- 未経験者大歓迎(特別な知識は不要です)
- コールセンター経験者は優遇いたします。
- 土日祝の勤務が可能な方(シフト制)
- 前向きに明るい対応ができる方
勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制(月22日程度/実働8時間)
- 09:00 〜 18:00
- 10:00 〜 19:00
- 11:00 〜 20:00
※配属先拠点により決定します。
休暇・休日:
シフト制のため、自由にお選びいただけます。
勤務地:
研修期間(1〜2週間): 東京都渋谷区(原宿駅付近の本社)
研修終了後: 池袋、参宮橋、外苑前、中野坂上、大塚、五反田のいずれかの拠点 ※配属先はご希望を考慮の上、決定いたします。
給与:
- 別途インセンティブ支給あり
- 残業代は全額支給(1分単位) ※給与には交通費を含みます。
