仕事内容:
お客様先への機器の設置・設定や設置後の保守対応を行います。各機器の設定方法、取り扱い等については、研修・先輩の同行・メーカー講習などで学んでいただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■設置・設定工事: 法人のお客様を中心に、オフィスや店舗へOA機器、セキュリティ対策機器、ネットワーク機器(ルーターやWi-Fiなど)、防犯カメラ等を導入します。 ルーター、スイッチ等のネットワーク構築から、セキュリティシステムの統合設定まで、専門性の高い案件を担当。
■保守・メンテナンス:「インターネットがつながらない」「機器の調子が悪い」といったトラブルの際に駆けつけ、お客様のインフラを守ります。
■現場マネジメント・付加価値の提供: リーダーとして現場の判断や指示、効率的な工事計画の立案をお任せします。お客様のニーズを汲み取った追加提案などは、インセンティブとして給与にダイレクトに還元。
■工期: 1時間で終わるものから、大規模なものは3日程度。1〜2名のチームで動くため、常に相談できる相手がいます。

求める人材:
学歴不問・経験者優遇
■普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方
■業種・職種未経験の方歓迎です
■入社後、習得が必要なスキル
Windowsやインターネットなどの基本的なPCスキル、電源オン/オフ・Windowsのファイル操作・マウス操作・コピー/ペースト・インターネット検索など、基本的な使用方法は必須の知識となります。
メールのやり取り
Word・Excel(報告書作成や管理表などに使用します)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給¥330,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,000〜¥80,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
