■取り扱う商材
世界的にも有名な自社ブランド製品の研究用試薬。
お客様を訪問し、自社製品をアピールするのがお仕事になります。
■営業先は
大学の研究室、研究機関などを訪問。
既存のお客様との関係も維持、構築しながら新規開拓も行います。
また、代理店との関係構築、新規開拓も重要な営業となります。
■フォロー体制
社内には博士号を持っており、随時コンタクト可能な学術担当がおります。
専門知識がないからお問い合わせには答えられないという心配はありません。
皆さんがお客様から預かってきた質問を共に解決していきます。
弊社営業担当の 90%以上が専門知識のバックグランドなし、他業界/他業種からの転職です。
お願いしたいのは、お客様から上がってきたご質問や問題点、見積依頼などを迅速&正確にキャッチし、社内で協力して出した結論をすぐにお客様にお伝えすることです。
