Job summary
We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to maximize brand and corporate value through strategic sales leadership across semi-self-stores and department store channels.Drive revenue growth, elevate in-store execution, and lead a high-performing retail sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage field sales operations across semi-self-stores and department stores Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesBuild strong relationships with key retailers and store teamsAnalyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with store managers buyers field staff(li/Support store operations ensure alignment with brand standards Collect field feedback to improve customer experience retail strategy

We oversee daily sales activities ensure KPIs are met across assigned stores Set monitor sales targets for each region store type Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches seasonal campaigns Ensure merchandising standards promotional execution consistently delivered
