    Responsibilities

    include:
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities at existing clients.
  • Develop a strong and productive network across the Japan client base; aggressively expand our existing contact base to introduce FactSet to new user groups and at senior levels.
  • Work closely with consultants, specialists, and institutional sales to ensure the optimal coverage within the account team.
  • Gain experience in all aspects of the sales process, demos, trial, closing opportunities, writing proposals and negotiations.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong desire to develop a career in sales
  • Drive, enthusiasm and a desire to exceed targets
  • Minimum of 18 months in the financial vendor industry in either support or sales roles
  • Thorough knowledge of FactSet and the ways that clients utilize such systems
  • Through knowledge of sell-side client workflows especially in Research & Investment Banking
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native level Japanese & Business level English
