レクサスSDV車の運転を楽しむ
運転支援技術などの機能がオーナーの好みに合わせてパーソナライズされたドライビングや車室内UXを提供するアプリケーション企画・開発リード。最適なアーキテクチャの策定と既存機能の整理し、レクサスカンパニー外の各機能との役割分担を明確にして実装開発体制を整えること。また、アプリケーションレイヤー側からの必要な要件定義を行いSDV全体での開発連携を推進する。チームリーダーマネージャーとして7年以上のソフトウェアサービス/プロダクト開発リード経験3年以上の新規事業におけるソフトウェア開発マネジメント経験を持つ人材。
