- 課題やトラブルに直面したとき、問題点を正しく把握し、前向きに周囲とコミュニケーションを取りながら解決策を提案しながら業務を進める。具体的には、ベストプラクティスや過去の教訓を活用し、さらにチーム内外に情報を自ら共有する。
- 当事者意識を持って一つ一つの依頼に対応するために交渉を恐れない。具体的には、自身のリソースと依頼者のスケジュールを調整し、希望の精度・納期・予算に見合った制作物・成果物を提供する。
- 常に既存業務の進め方に対して改善の可能性を探り、改善機会の提案と実行をすることで、生産性の向上に貢献する。
- 顧客生涯価値を上げることに貢献するため、課題を見つけた場合には当チーム/コーポレートマーケティング内の部分的な対策でなく、全体最適になるように行動する。
- 各社内ステークホルダーの目標達成に貢献するため、当社製品・サービスの対象となる顧客群とプロモーションの目的を正しく理解し、能動的に関係する社内ステークホルダーとコミュニケーションをとり、実施されるマーケティング施策の目的を正しく理解し、自分事として業務を遂行する。
- 社内ステークホルダーにサービスを安定的・継続的に提供するため、どの依頼部門からの依頼でも滞りなく遂行できるよう、現状のプロセス・ルールを把握する。経験の浅いメンバーに対しては自ら働きかけてサポートを行う。追加で共有が必要となる情報については、明文化しチームへ周知を行う。

- 正確なコンテンツをふさわしいタイミングで顧客に公開するために、社内ステークホルダーと良好な関係で円滑に仕事をしつつ、必要な場合は交渉をしたり、変更を依頼したりする。
- 当社のブランドガイドライン・プロモーションコード、医療機器ガイドラインを理解・遵守し、当社のあるべき姿にふさわしい内容のプロモーションを実施する。
- 経験に基づき、事業部横断的に効果・貢献ができる施策・プロジェクトを関係する社内ステークホルダーに提案し、より質の高いサービス提供を実現する。
- プロジェクト進行における遅延やトラブルが発生したときのリカバリー方法をプロジェクトにかかわるメンバーに複数提示し、検討の上、最適な方法を選択する。
- 依頼内容(目的・優先順位、コスト、希望納期、依頼量、難易度)を全体的に考慮し、クオリティー・コスト・納期を満たす制作進行およびプロジェクト管理を行う。依頼者に制作フローを説明したり、必要な準備物を提示するなどして、制作がスムーズに進むよう管理し、完了まで遂行できる。
- 当社のブランドガイドラインを正確に理解し、プロモーションに必要なガイドラインを根拠をもって社内担当者および制作関連ベンダーに説明できる。
- 3~ years' experience in Marketing Communications, preferably working for a foreign-based BtoB company
- Experience in People management and Project management
- Excellent oral and written (writing, editing and proofreading) skills
- Highly self-motived and passionate about marketing communication
- Skilled at using MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power-point).
- Business Level of Japanese and English language
- English reading & writing skills. (TOEIC750+)
