    Short Intro and About the Job

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    Pilot operation to support product development in the innovation, productivity, and renovation projects at Tatebyashi Factory.

    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY


    • Operate the R&D pilot plant and analytical equipment for the trials required by the development team.


    • Data and product collection, data treatment, analysis, and recommendation.


    • Maintenance of pilot plant


    • Make recommendations for pilot improvement


    • Coordinate logistics for raw materials and sample delivery/acquisition


    • Actively Drive WISE (DANONE Safety guideline)

    About You

    CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background

    -Education background-

    Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related work experience

    -Technical Skills and Experiences required-


    • Knowledge of Food Science, Food Chemistry or Food engineering.


    • Desire and ability to understand and operate a yogurt processing line such as a pilot plant.


    • Prior experience working in a Lab


    • Strong Computer skills (MS Office).


    • English and Japanese proficiency
