- コンサルタントとしてSustainability分野(非財務情報開示領域にフォーカス)のコンサルティングサービスを提供することを主たる業務とする。
- Sustainability分野を中心に、顧客のニーズや状況を踏まえた提案・マーケティング活動を主導する。
- Sustainability分野を中心に、外部ビジネスパートナーの開拓や良好な関係構築を推進し、共同での提案活動、デリバリー活動を主導する。
- 外部ビジネスパートナーと共同でデリバリー活動を実施する際には、タスク管理、リスク管理、スケジュール管理、品質管理等の業務等、高品質のデリバリーを提供するための、いわゆるPMO活動を行う。
- 個人としてだけでなくチームの一員として組織力を活かすために、必要な報告やドキュメンテーション、会議等を通じたコミュニケーションにより、活動を共有する。
- その他、本職務に関連して合理的に期待される職務を遂行する。
- Sustainability領域の専門家として求められる専門知識・スキル・経験等Sustainability(非財務情報開示)のコンサルティング業務およびストリーム(基準、保証、規制サービス)知識と実務経験サステナビリティに関連する分野(例:環境工学/科学、国際開発、サステナビリティ、エネルギー政策、機械工学、気候科学、国際法または同等の分野)で学部卒、修士号を取得していることが望ましい。以下の分野のいくつかについて、コンサルティングおよび/または重要な実務経験がある。科学的根拠に基づく/ネットゼロのGHG目標の策定炭素削減戦略の策定と実行 ライフサイクルアセスメントカーボンマーケット/バジェッティング/オフセット管理GHG算定と報告 エネルギー効率化/監査気候リスクへの適応とTCFD報告サステナビリティレポートもしくは統合報告書の作成報告フレームワークや指標(GRI、SASB、CDP、FTSE4Good、DJSIなど)の利用経験がある。企業組織へのサステナビリティに関するコンサルティング営業の実績(見込み客との強力なネットワークを含む)があることが望ましい。
